Air conditioning and ventilation test stand
At our air conditioning and ventilation test stand, performance measurements of heating and cooling ceilings can be carried out in accordance with the respective standards and developed, tested and optimized in combination with ventilation components/ concrete core activation.
- Evaluation of thermal comfort
General data
Interior dimensions (WxLxH) | 5,4 x 4,8 x 4,2 m |
Temperature in the test room | 15 °C - 35 °C |
Supply air temperature | 14 °C - 30 °C |
Volume flow, air side of the test item supply | 30 m³/h - 600 m³/h |
Max. heating power at the test specimen | 3,5 kW (water temperature up to 95°C) |
Max. cooling capacity at the test specimen | 2,5 kW (water temperature up to 12°C) |
The following tests according to standard are offered
Other competences
Due to the variable design of the test room, different temperature levels can be set for the enclosing surfaces, allowing variable room situations to be simulated, e.g. south-west facades (corner rooms), larger window areas and times of day.
In addition, it is possible to visually represent air flows and air distribution in the room. It can be investigated to what extent the different components influence each other and whether a change in the water-side performance occurs due to an air flow. Furthermore, different positions of the air inflow are possible.
Dynamic processes in the concrete core-activated ceilings can be recorded over a longer period of time, and storage processes can be recorded and analyzed.
