Welding-related production advice and support
- Selection of suitable welding processes (e.g. MIG 131, MAG 135, TIG 141, Laser 522, etc.)
- Selection of suitable base materials (e.g. S355J2+N, 1.4404, etc.)
- Selection of suitable filler materials and welding gases
- Supervision of production by our own welding supervisor (IWE/SFI)
- Support with welder and operator inspections
- Production controlling: deadlines, quality, productivity, production optimisation
- Selection and supervision of the implementation of procedure qualification tests

Construction supervision and site support

Documentation of welded constructions
- Use of the relevant standards and regulations
- Preparation of welding procedure specifications, welding schedules, inspection and test plans (ITP), test records, etc.
- Support with the creation of product and project documentation (e.g. quality management plan in accordance with EN 1090-2, Annex C or EN 1090-3, Annex B, CE labelling, declaration of performance according to EN 1090-1)
- Support with the processing, creation and tracking of complaints (complaints management)
Consultancy on corrosion protection
- Clarification of corrosion protection requirements (e.g. corrosion protection duration, corrosivity category, etc.)
- Determining the type of corrosion protection and corrosion protection systems
