Job description

Tasks:

Kundenkommunikation sowie Kundenakquise/Kontaktpflege und Präsentation der Leistungen der GiB mbH im Bereich Brandschutz
Erstellen von Angeboten für die Leistungsphasen 1 – 9 auf Grundlage der AHO
Erstellen von Brandschutznachweisen und Brandschutzkonzepten
Brandschutztechnische Betreuung der Projekte, angelehnt an die Leistungsphasen der AHO
Betreuung von Brandschutzsanierungen oder Nutzungsänderungen in Bestandsgebäuden
Abstimmung mit den technischen Systemplanern bei der Erstellung von brandschutztechnischen Plänen

Requirements:

Hochschulabschluss oder höhere technische Ausbildung
Weiterführendes Studium oder Fortbildung im Bereich vorbeugender Brandschutz erwünscht
Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Gewissenhaftigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Brandschutznachweisen und Brandschutzkonzepten wäre wünschenswert
